Family Handbook

All Students Must Register Online and Enter Credit Card* for Enrollment.

​

Cash or check is preferred.   Credit card payments will include a 3.5 % convenience fee.  Tuition is priced per trimester and can be paid in full or split into monthly payments.  Enrollment in Pre-Professional Division & Conservatory Program is implied as annual.  

​

Students must notify PCC by Nov 1st if they wish to withdraw prior to Spring Enrollment.  Summer Enrollment is not automatic.  

​

CREDIT CARDS MUST BE KEPT CURRENT. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND CLASSES IF THERE IS AN OVERDUE BALANCE ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

PCC believes that performance opportunities are a key element of a strong dance education.  Our goal is to have two productions during the 2021-2022 season.  During these uncertain times, please be patient as we navigate the uncertainty of live performance opportunities.  

 

Auditions required for participation.  Upon acceptance of a role dancers will be required to pay performance fees by a given due date.  The date day will be established prior to the audition process.

financial  Policies

Upon enrollment, PCC dancers and families agree to comply with all financial policies listed below and outlined in the Family Handbook.

​

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

​

Pre-Professional Division & Conservatory Division

Year-round commitment: September 2021- June 2022 or from enrollment date until June 2022.  Tuition is billed by the trimester: Fall, Winter, Spring. Spring tuition reflects the shorter time frame. 

​

Families may choose to pay by trimester or have payments split into equal monthly payments.  Payments do not reflect the specific number of classes taken in a month, but rather they split the tuition into equal monthly payments.

  • Monthly Tuition: 10 monthly payments are due on the 1st of the month regardless of holidays or the number of classes in a given month.

  • Late Fee: $25 late fee will be applied to families that have not paid by the 15th of the month

  • Returned Checks: $25 returned check fee for all returned checks

Preparatory Division

Students are not required but are highly encouraged to make a full year commitment. The above tuition requirements still apply to tuition fees and payments.

WITHDRAWL FROM PCC

​

Families who choose to withdraw from PCC must do so by submitting a request for withdrawal to primaclassicalcoaching@gmail.com.  Please specify your reason for withdrawal.  The withdrawal is effective 30 days from your request.  Tuition will be charged for those 30-days and future charges will be cancelled after the 30 days.  No refunds are given for tuition payments taken prior to the withdrawal.
