Senior
PCC's Senior Division is designed for our most advanced dancers ages 14+. The division refines dancers to prepare them for professional life or college programs. Dancers receive structured, age-appropriate instruction in a fun and welcoming environment with high-quality training.
The Senior division is meant to refine the dancers' technique, enhance their artistry, and continue to build strength and flexibility. Dancers receive high quality training and personalized corrections.
Dancers will also have the opportunity to perform in two productions annually. This allows dancers to develop their performance skills.

In order to promote unity within the class, PCC has a dress code for each level in the training program. Class uniforms help to maintain a professional learning environment and create clean lines. Instructors can more effectively see the structures and lines of the body to give corrections that apply to the whole class. All uniform leotards are available for purchase in the Prima Shop at PCC.
Hair must be securely fasted into a ballet bun or French twist for all ballet classes. All jewelry must be removed before class with the exception of stud or small earrings and small rings.
Dancers are permitted to wear warm-ups in between classes but must remove them once classes begin so that the instructors can see the lines of the body.
All students are required to wear ballet technique shoes and pointe shoes if they are approved to wear them at the discretion of the instructors. Twinkle Toes students must have tap shoes and students in jazz class must wear jazz shoes. Students taking character must wear a black character skirt that falls at or just above the knee with black character shoes. Style Trials requires both character and jazz shoes.
All required shoes and uniform dancewear is available at the Prima Shop!
